Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to send something back, for any reason. Print-on-demand does not change that — a garment made for you is still returnable.

Returns and exchanges are processed by Spreadshirt, Inc., who shipped the order. Start one through their service centre or by contacting them directly with your order number; they are the only ones who can look it up.

If a print is wrong, damaged or not what you ordered, say so — that is a manufacturing fault and is handled as one rather than as a change of mind.
